Byway of Seattle, New York and San Francisco – I began my post-college career working for a small marketing and public relations firm and embracing the twenty-something-PR-chick-in-the-big-city lifestyle. After developing unhealthy habits complete with stress, lack of nutrition and an embarrassingly large Seamless bill, I decided the 9-to-5 life wasn’t for me. I worked up the courage to say “ta-ta-for-now” and pursue a more health-based career. I became certified in Pilates, Barre and Indoor Cycling, and now teach full time (both privately and at several establishments including Equinox, Facebook and WhatsApp) in the Bay Area. These new ventures in fitness in turn ignited my passion for overall health and wellness. I am now a self-proclaimed foodie and workout aficionado.
